Perception series are port designed speakers in most suitable smallest form-factor to match the size of the Mid-woofer. Their excellent acoustic and technical characteristics make them an ideal choice for midfield monitors in recording studios and critical audiophile listening applications. The internal bracing and golden ratio sizing significantly lowers internal resonances and provide solid structure for speakers natural sound performance.

Perception 7 series stand mount speakers are designed with respect to space saving and are build around  the 7″ paper cone SEAS Mid-bass driver. The sonic performance of the loudspeakers is balanced with well defined low ends and good overall resolution for their cabinet size. The specially designed anti-resonance floor stand is preventing the transfer of vibrations in both directions – from the cabinets to the floor and in opposite. You can order Perception 7 without the stands, and use ones of your choice, but we strongly recommend usage of our stands as they are precisely designed to perfectly match the speaker cabinets.

Basic recommendations:

  • at least 150 hours burn-in time to reach the speakers’ full sonic performance
  • suitable for small rooms with poor acoustic characteristics in the low end frequencies and low listening levels.
  • for use with transistor amplifiers, though tube amplifiers can also perform well with them.
  • to be placed at least 60 cm away from the room walls
